If you’re not totally satisfied with any part of your purchase for any reason at all, please email us at contact@fgear.in and we'll do whatever it takes to make things right.

The 7 day trial

We want you to love your experience with F Gear as much as possible.

If you’re still not sure it fits into your life, send it back for a full refund or exchange it with another F Gear product.

Please note:

1.      The 7-day trial with exchange is only available for purchases made on www.fgear.in. Exchange does not apply to purchases from our physical retail stores or other e-commerce platforms.

  1. All the returned items are run past our quality checklist, and the refund/replacement is processed only once it passes this stage.
  2. The returned items must be unused & undamaged and handed over as delivered with the tags intact.
  3. The returned items with damages caused due to negligence, improper usage or application is not covered under this returns policy.
  4. Convenience and delivery charges are not refundable.
  5. The items should be returned at the buyers cost to the below address either by courier or self:

Depending on the mode of payment and bank policies we will take up to 10 working days to credit the refund money to your account. 

In case it is taking longer than 10 working days, please drop an email to contact@fgear.in and we will fix it as soon as possible.

Please note that return will be accepted only with the original packaging along with the original tags & invoice copy you received at the time of order placement.
